About BIML Program
The Business Incubation Management & Leadership (BIML) Program, hosted by AIC T-Hub Foundation in Hyderabad, is a premier initiative designed to empower incubation leaders with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to build, operate, manage & sustain world-class incubation centers, to create their stakeholders & finally churn-out successful startup and ecosystem stories.
With its unmatched expertise, extensive network, and proven track record, AIC T-Hub has expanded its mission to empower incubation centers across India by providing end-to-end guidance from their inception to sustained success.
By fostering collaboration, establishing a unified platform for incubators, and promoting a culture of innovation, AIC T-Hub aims to advance the “Make in India” initiative. Through academic incubation centers, it seeks to instil an entrepreneurial mindset among students, accelerating startup growth and driving innovation excellence. This initiative will pave the way for sustainable entrepreneurship and economic development nationwide.

FAQs
The Business Incubation Management & Leadership (BIML) Program is an initiative by AIC T-Hub Foundation to empower incubation managers and leaders with the skills and tools to establish, manage, and scale world-class incubation centers.
The program runs for 12 weeks, including interactive workshops, hands-on experience, guest lectures, and mentoring sessions.
The BIML Program is hosted in 3 places:
- At the AIC T-Hub Foundation in Hyderabad, a premier innovation hub with state-of-the-art facilities.
- Virtually.
- Campus premises in case of Academia.
Participants gain expertise in incubation, expert mentorship, access to T-Hub’s resources, hands-on experience, and certification.
You can apply by filling out the application form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and reach out if you are shortlisted.
The total program fee accounts for INR 50,000 + GST.
Participants will network with founders, investors, and mentors while gaining real-world experience by working directly with startups and incubation operations.
