The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Standard Operating Procedure outlines a streamlined process from requisition to payment, leveraging the P2P portal to ensure budget accountability, vendor selection fairness, and timely execution, with clear roles for stakeholders like Procurement, Finance, and Single Points of Contact (SPOs).
