Mentor Qualification Process (Quarterly Cycle)
The qualification process involves three main steps:

Mentor Maturity Model
This initiative aims to onboard, nurture, and classify mentors using a structured maturity model. The goal is to empower mentors to contribute effectively to the ecosystem through tailored opportunities, ranging from pro-bono engagements to high-impact paid consulting roles.

Medallion
- Entry-level mentors.
- Primarily engage in pro-bono opportunities.
- Advance based on feedback and participation in co-learning workshops.

Gold
- Established mentors with significant expertise.
- Balance pro-bono and paid opportunities.
- Contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.

Platinum
- Elite mentors or consultants.
- Engage in high-value, large-scale paid engagements.
- Leverage advanced domain expertise and strategic insights.
