The person in this position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for communication at T-Hub. This position is critical to sustaining the growth and momentum of the T-Hub brand and amplifying its vision of enabling and empowering an ecosystem hungry for innovation.

Key Focus

  • Messaging: Develop engaging messaging for our communications that differentiates our offerings, and clearly communicates our vision and value to our stakeholders
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Create compelling written and visual content for our communications, focused on our audiences, and optimize channels using data to understand effectiveness of our communication efforts
  • Campaigns: Develop end-to-end campaigns for program launches, as well as ongoing program marketing, and you will also spearhead the development of materials required for this, including emails, social media posts, videos, presentations, newsletter a4frticles, blog posts, and more
  • Analytics: Monitor, measure, and report metrics of communications and campaigns, and analyze results to gain insights and improve our overall effort to achieve the communication objectives of the marketing team

Skills Required

  • Use traditional communications channels and digital & social channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Understanding of advertising across digital and social media including SEO, SEM, AdWords
  • Exposure to and understanding of latest global best-practices in digital marketing and social media
  • Knowledge and experience of monitoring and measuring ROI for digital and social media marketing initiatives
  • Experience of planning for and handling substantial marketing communication programs and budgets
  • Ability to execute projects through different agencies/consultants like Digital, PR, Creative to deploy the marketing strategy
  • Manage, supervise, and brief agencies and related people to ensure that the overall strategy is executed appropriately
  • Act as a communication advisor to key executives and enable them to be thought leaders across external platforms, through content development and dissemination
  • Appreciation and understanding of communication design and brand identity design
  • Have the drive and determination to succeed despite ambiguity and enjoy building things from scratch


Experience and Qualification

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience as communication specialist and manager
  • Degree or diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conceiving, developing and launching scalable campaigns, initiatives, programs and mechanisms for Mentors for engaging with them with continuous programs and meetups
  • Developing and managing relationships with key startup influencers within the ecosystem, including venture capital and angel investors, accelerators, incubators and other industry organizations
  • Represent T-Hub externally, raising awareness of our brand and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement with key Mentors within the wider ecosystem – startups, investors, members of the government, etc
  • Responsible to sourcing and profiling the mentors list
  • Handle end to end process of on-boarding and off-boarding of the mentors
  • Working collaboratively with other teams across the T-Hub and wider Ecosystem network to ensure that the strategies are implemented effectively, and that the programme aligns with wider objectives.


Experience & Skills Required:
• 8-10 years of experience in Ecosystem 
• Good communication skills and experience of handling senior management in partner organizations
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree
• Strong Project management, Operations Management
• Strategic mindset; comfort with ambiguity; focus on quality and results
