Mentor Qualification Process - Quarterly Cycle

Self Nomination

1:1 with Leadership

Mentor Program
Participation

Submit a Mentor Onboarding Form detailing your expertise, contributions, previous experience and willingness to give back to the ecosystem.

Attend a 15-minute interview with leadership, prepared with two slides outlining your domain expertise and potential contributions.

Participate in the “Train the Trainer” Mentor Program to align with T-Hub’s goals and develop impactful mentorship strategies

Mentor Maturity Model

The initiative aims to onboard, nurture, and classify mentors through a structured maturity model, empowering them to contribute to the ecosystem via tailored opportunities, from pro-bono engagements to high-impact paid consulting roles.

Medallion

Entry-level mentors are onboarded into the program, primarily engaging in pro-bono opportunities and advancing based on feedback and participation in co-learning workshops.

Gold

Established mentors with significant expertise, balancing pro-bono and paid opportunities while contributing meaningfully to the ecosystem.

Platinum

Elite mentors or consultants engaged in high-value, large-scale paid engagements, leveraging their advanced domain expertise and strategic insights.
