We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate to join our dynamic Corporate Innovation (CI) division. In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Business Development (BD) team by developing innovative solutions that address our clients’ needs. This includes creating proposals, designing visuals, crafting content, and conducting research on industry trends, markets, and competitors.

What you’ll do:

  • Innovation Champion: Collaborate closely with the Corporate Innovation team to understand client challenges, market trends, and how our innovation solutions can deliver success.
  • Content Creation Powerhouse: Develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and engaging presentations that showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our innovation offerings. Utilize design tools like Canva or Photoshop to enhance visual communication.
  • Research Rockstar: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape and integrate key insights into client-facing materials.
  • Lead Generation Catalyst: Utilize research findings, industry knowledge, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential clients with a high interest in our innovation offerings.
  • Storytelling Specialist: Assist in developing compelling case studies and white papers to support the BD process and showcase the success of our solutions.

Who you are:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role or BD support functions, preferably within a technology or innovation-driven environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, Photoshop) and CRM tools is a must.
  • A natural researcher and analyst, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and persuasive language.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Have a proven track record of creating impactful client-facing collateral.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in corporate innovation services or exposure to startup incubators is a plus.
