The disruptive potential of AI in the human resources function led entrepreneurs Ugendreshwar Kudupudi and Sayyad Nayyaroddeen to found hirex.ai, a no-code AI platform for conducting level-one interviews at scale, using voice-based bots. hirex.ai was founded in 2019 and incubated at Hyderabad-based Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CiE), International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT). hirex.ai automates the hiring process by deploying cognitive voice-enabled AI bots, assisting hiring managers to conduct level-1 interviews at scale.
